Hi! My name is Aileen, and I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. My love for animals started when I was a young girl bringing animals home I found on the streets. After receiving my bachelor’s degree, I traveled to Africa for 6 months to study wildlife conservation and receive my Safari Guide Certification. Upon returning, I spent a total of three years working at the Humane Society and 5 years as a Territory Manager at Home Sweet Home, a professional petsitting company. In early 2022, I shifted my career focus to the veterinary field. That year, I also received my certification as a 200-hr Registered Yoga Instructor. When I am not caring for your pets, I love spending my time either in the yoga studio, or curled up with a blanket reading a good book alone with my 5 animals at home.
