Hi, my name is Shawn Mongan. I was born and raised in Gibsonton Florida. I grew up in a rural area where my family was able to raise all kinds of animals. We had ostriches, emus, peacocks and quail for a while, as well as pigs, goats and chickens. Growing up I used to help my dad take care of the animals, as well as clean up after them.
During high school I always dreamed of working in the veterinary field, but upon graduating, found myself working in retail and warehousing jobs while I tried to get into college. Now I’m happy to be back doing what I love while attending school.
If I’m not at work, I’m usually playing video games, or taking my dogs out with me to parks or on adventures!
